We don't have a physical store, it would only increase costs (online cash register, dozens of expensive permits, etc.) which we don't want to burden you with. Instead, you can reach us by email, phone, Viber, Messenger or, if necessary, you can also meet us physically at our office, which is located at Zsigmondy Vilmos 36/A in Miskolc. You can also bring your own T-shirt here if you want a unique print on it, or you can pick up your completed order. It is important to mention that you cannot pay in cash here, we only act as a pick-up/drop-off point.

The pattern is most visible in our online store when it is presented to you with a light background. This way you can choose the pairing that suits you best.

Of course, if you wear a dark T-shirt, jersey, sweater, bag, etc. order, we will match the color of the sample to the basic color of the ordered product. That is, in the case of products with a dark base color, the dark colors of the sample are recolored to light ones.

In practice, this means that if you order a black t-shirt with a black and red pattern, the black color will be changed to white, and the red color will be left. In this way, the ordered pattern will also apply properly on a dark T-shirt.

We only do this automatically if you indicate to us when ordering: You request a dark sample for a dark product.

We send detailed status reports by e-mail about the arrival of orders and everything else that happens.

Our average in-house turnaround time is 2 working days. This includes the delivery time of 1 day if you chose a courier, or 2-3 days if you chose the Foxpost parcel machine.

In the case of personal collection, you can pick it up at our office after notification. In such cases, we ask you to arrange a pick-up time by phone.

Our SOS 24 and SOS 48 services help you receive really important and urgent orders on time.

In the case of SOS 48, we place it higher on our to-do list and prioritize your order so that you receive the selected product within 48 hours.

And with SOS 24, your order jumps to the top of our to-do list, so if your order meets all the details, you will have the package within 24 hours.

Detailed conditions , if fulfilled, we undertake delivery within 24 or 48 hours:

• You place the order on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, until 12:00 on that day.
• Delivery method: by courier, delivered to your home.
• The order comes for a white or black t-shirt, sweater, mug or products from the "Accessories" category.

If you choose clothes of other colors, you have to expect a production and delivery time of +1 day, since we do not keep all colors/styles directly in stock.

• You can also order on Fridays or weekends with the SOS 24 or SOS 48 service, in which case your order will be processed and handed over to the courier on Monday at the earliest.
• This service is valid for ordering a maximum of 10 products at the same time.
• The service has an extra cost:
• SOS 48 - HUF 1,000 / order (regardless of the number of products ordered, but max 10).
• SOS 24 - HUF 2,000 / order (regardless of the number of products ordered, but max. 10).

Naturally! Our skilled graphic colleagues can prepare almost any sample or request. In such a case, however, the cost of planning must be taken into account, which depends on the task. We even undertake unique logo/printing/graphic work, everything is just a matter of discussion ;-)

It absolutely depends on the product. In the case of clothes, you can choose from more than 20 different colors. The available colors are always indicated for the given product. Nevertheless, in the case of several products, you may find that it is only available in white/black/beige, this is due to the nature of the pattern or product, because it looks best that way. However, you can also feel free to inquire if you want it in a different color, your idea is different :)

The products we sell represent the highest quality level. However, if you still want a special and unique pattern for your own material, we are up to the task. In this case, however, we cannot guarantee the result (e.g. washing resistance or sample quality), since we do not know/have not tested the raw material you have brought. The point is, however, that the production can be solved at your own risk after prior discussion :-)

If we work from an image or images sent by you, we ask you to send it in the best possible quality.

What exactly does this mean?

If you open it on the monitor and you see that it is pixelated (blurry, not sharp), then it is certain that the end result will not be good either. The best samples are high-resolution and occupy several Mbytes. Unfortunately, a 70 kbyte jpg downloaded from the Internet will never have a high resolution or sharp image. In such cases, it is advisable to use our graphics service (link to the section Can you create a completely unique pattern?).

This also applies, for example, to T-shirt graphics downloaded from other websites, because unfortunately they cannot be used for anything on their own, as they are just an image on a T-shirt, not a ready-to-print graphic. In this case, it must be drawn again, i.e. it is advisable to use our graphics service (link to the section Can you make a completely unique pattern?).

We are most happy with the psd, png, crd or tif formats, a sample without a background, together with any ready-made mockup plan (to which part to fit the given sample, in how many cm you want, etc.), it should be RGB and not CMYK.
